Full-time Junior Web Developer.

Type of employment: Full-time
Location: Newport, Isle of Wight, UK
Salary: £21-25K dependant on experience

You’ll work in partnership with our Senior Web Developer to develop projects for new and existing clients, as well as helping in the maintenance of existing websites and legacy systems. You’ll be involved in the full life cycle of a project from project planning and build to testing and support.

Our Senior Web Developer will offer guidance and support on every project, but we need you to be confident enough to work independently especially when deadlines are tight or extra support is needed. You’ll work closely on projects with our design team, implementing design ideas or suggesting new web technology to adopt.

Due to Covid restrictions remote working is an option, but the ideal candidate will be available to work full-time in our office in Newport on the Isle of Wight. We are fully compliant with current government pandemic guidelines so you’ll be safe whilst working from our HQ.

We would wish to employ someone with solid web/design industry experience but we will make exceptions if we feel that you may be the person we’re looking for! We will want to see a portfolio of projects that you have worked on to assess your skill levels. Although we would prefer the post to be permanent, we would consider a 6 or 12 month contract.
