GKN Aerospace approached Pepper Creative to advise on the production of an interactive public touch-panel display for the Farnborough Air Show. Their aim was to illustrate, in a clear and accessible way, the many components they manufacture for use within modern jet engines.

Excited by the project Pepper Creative produced a fully interactive DVD to demonstrate how a 3D model of a jet engine could be manipulated on screen by an air show visitor and separated into its individual components. As the engine rotates on screen, navigation via menu buttons causes the engine casing to become transparent, allowing various engineering components to be clearly highlighted.
